Today the gas bubbles were still present from the night before. A crust formed on top and I peeled it off with my hands and a spoon. After that I transferred 1 tablespoon pf my culture into a new clear “bowl”. In addition I placed 2 table spoon of my flour mix and luke-warm water. I stirred it with my hand until the culture was at a smooth consistency like a pancake.
