Day 16-18
03/22/20-03/24/20 Repeated the process of adding one tablespoon of the previous mix culture, 2 tablespoons of flour mix, and water. After this was done I did an hourly monitoring of the culture on an hourly basis to see expansion and contraction of the culture mix.
Day 14
3/20/20 I replaced the culture mix by putting 1 table spoon from the bottom of the previous mix culture along with 2 tables spoons of flour mix. It still has a acidic and wheat odor resonating from it.
Day 12
03/18/2020 The repetition of day 10 and the continuation of culturing . The smell of the culture is still smells acidic and foul odor. Bubbles are still there on the culture meaning it is safe to move forward.
Day 10
03/16/2020 The smell of the culture is very musty and of wheat. I repeated the 1 table spoon of culture with two table spoon of mix flour in a new bowl. Bubbles are still appearing giving me an indication that the culture is still alive and that I can proceed as plan.

03/12/2020 In this day I repeated the day 5 procedure to continue growing my culture by checking to see if bubbles were still present. 03/08/2020-03/09/2020 Today I observed my culture to see gas bubbles. Gas bubbles were confirmed as I saw small lawns of bubbles and elevated flour all over. The culture smells like hydrogen sulfide and death. There was a bit of discoloration throughout the culture. Me My MIX & I
