As of this point in my Bread making journey I will now check every other day on my bread and will repeat the day 5 step as long as my culture is still alive. It does smell more acidic and has increased the strong wheat odor.
I placed 1 tea spoon of culture mix from the bottom of my previous batch and 2 tablespoons of flor mix along with lukewarm water into a new bowl. It was placed in the same dark temperature controlled space in the kitchen.
