I replaced the culture mix by putting 1 table spoon from the bottom of the previous mix culture along with 2 tables spoons of flour mix. It still has a acidic and wheat odor resonating from it.

Removing the top crust to gain access to the bottom of the culture for transfer purposes
Bubbles forming at the side showing the culture is still alive
